Yes — within 14 days of delivery, as long as the packaging has never been opened. Food-supplement products with an opened package or protective seal are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons. See the Returns & Exchange page for details.

HEKTOR'S NUTRITION products ship directly from our own supply chain, in original, sealed packaging.

If your order hasn't shipped yet, email hektor@hektors.com.tr to request a cancellation. Once it has shipped, you'll need to start a return under your right of withdrawal instead.
