Under Turkish Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Distance Contracts Regulation, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason and without penalty.

To exercise this right, simply send your request to hektor@hektors.com.tr with your order number within this period — no separate form is required.

Under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, products whose packaging, seal or protective wrapping has been opened after delivery, and whose return is not appropriate for health and hygiene reasons, are excluded from the right of withdrawal. This means food-supplement products with an opened package or protective seal cannot be returned.

The right of withdrawal applies to products in their original, unopened, undamaged packaging.

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice, and in resalable condition.

1) Email hektor@hektors.com.tr with your order number to request a return. 2) Once approved, we'll send you instructions for the return shipment. 3) After we receive and inspect the item, your payment is refunded to your original payment method. Refunds may take a few business days depending on your bank.

When the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period, we cover the return shipping cost and will provide you with our partner courier's details.

If your item arrived damaged or defective, you're entitled — independently of the 14-day window above — to a free repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination under the defective-goods provisions of Law No. 6502. Please let us know as soon as possible, with photos of the issue.
